The pneumatic vacuum elevator is based on simple laws of physics: the forces produced by pressure difference and gravity.
It consists of three basic parts:
AN OUTER CYLINDER, transparente y autoportante, con una estructura de perfiles especialmente diseñados de aluminio y acero. Las paredes del cilindro están formadas por placas curvas de policarbonato transparente de alta resistencia . Las puertas están fabricadas con los mismos materiales y tienen cierres magnéticos de seguridad. Todo ello forma un conjunto hermético.
THE CAB, , which is transparent and self-supporting, with a specially-designed structure made up of an aluminium and steel frame. The cylinder’s walls are made up of highly resistant curved, transparent polycarbonate sheets. The doors are manufactured with the same materials and have magnetic safety locks. All of this makes up a single, sealed airtight piece.
THE SUCTION ASSEMBLY, which also has transparent polycarbonate walls, is made from the same materials. It moves inside the CYLINDER on steel guides, using the pressure difference created by the vacuum turbines to go up, and a regulating valve to balance out the pressures and move gently down under the effect of gravity.
The cab’s roof is made of steel and is surrounded by an airtight seal that prevents air from entering, thus maintaining the pressure difference between the sections above and below the cab.
A compartment located at the top of the elevator contains a set of turbine pumps that produce the necessary suction and depression to make the elevator work.
This suction assembly can be mounted directly above the cab in a 35cm cylinder, fitting perfectly within the cylinder. It can also be placed away from the elevator (10m maximum), on a terrace, patio or flat rooftop, inside a fibre box expressly designed for outdoors (Split model).
- The elevator’s different parts come prefabricated, and are set up and dismantled quickly and easily.
- Every installation requires a study and exact measurements to adapt the elevator to the available space and heights, with the necessary intermediate extensions being manufactured according to each case.
- The elevator cab can rise up to 12m in height, thereby connecting up to three floors: Ground Floor, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.
- The doors to the different floors can be lined up with each other or shifted 180º from one another.
- It can be provided in three different colours: white, metallic grey, and dark grey according to the customer’s choice.
- The elevators are manufactured to order and the maximum delivery time is 120 days after signing the contract.
